With support of the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food, AMP-Lab starts a new project for optimization in bee breeding on May 1st. In cooperation with local beekeepers we will be working on possibilities to secure valuable genetic material by cryopreservation of bee sperm with the goal to be able to re-use it in the future.
